Sova Capital is pleased to announce that Alla Bashenko has joined the firm as an Independent Non-Executive Director, Member of the Board.
Alla will chair the firm’s Board Risk and Compliance Committee. She also becomes a member of the Board Audit Committee, as well as Board Remuneration and Nomination Committees.
Alla Bashenko is a seasoned international financial services industry professional with expertise in global Capital Markets across full spectrum of asset classes and financial products, securities, and commodities. She has operated in large, complex and growing organisations alike, and had spent the majority of her career at Goldman Sachs followed by Nomura International. Alla’s international work experience covers EMEA, North and South America, Asia, Australia, and emerging markets. She has spent a large part of her career working with Russia/CIS. Alla has a particular interest in innovation, technology and global digital transformation, and speaks a number of languages. She currently holds a range of non-executive and advisory roles.
