Sova Capital has announced the signing of an agency agreement with its new US partner, Rosenblatt Securities, Inc. (http://rblt.com/).
Rosenblatt Securities, Inc. is a New York based broker with a 35-year history on the NYSE floor. It provides advice and trade execution services to institutional investors, along with research and analysis services.
The partnership with Sova Capital will involve distributing its research into the US market, providing a chaperoning service for any US roadshows (including primary deals) and order transmission for the US client base.
For Rosenblatt, Sova Capital brings expertise and product research on the Russia and CIS universe.
Rosenblatt’s other partners include AK Investment (investment division of AK Bank, the second largest bank in Turkey), PKO Securities (investment division of Bank PKO, the largest bank in Poland), Al Rajhi Capital (investment division of Al Rajhi Bank, the second largest bank in Saudi Arabia) and 13 other institutions in EM and frontier markets.
